It's functional. The ghosts always spawn out of the same spots though, so it's very easy to preemptively move your cursor to where it needs to be. Keep at it!

McpoyleGames responds:

Thx, going keep working on it!!

Seems I found the "sweet spot" because as I write this, the ghost is far off the right side of the playable area racking up score (4k+). The controls for ascend/descend work, but something forced the ghost to rush right and I can't seem to get it back.

I might suggest figuring out what made him flee, and maybe adding some stalactite obstacles which would end his freedom if someone else happens to find the no effort sweet spot (13k+ after proofread).

Tomli responds:

I have updated the game, thanks for the support and tell me if there are any problems!

Except plastic bags and styrofoam are recyclable, most places just don't bother because they have to pay an extra person to sort it off the belt and the cash return on those items is low. The regrettable pursuit of making money over saving the planet.

Everything works, but I'd put some kind of caveat that they can't be recycled in your area vs in general. Otherwise it's false info to say that some of those items are not recyclable when they are (and are directly labeled with the recycling process symbol).

Foamgoswamp responds:

Thanks for the advice, and yes I did realise styrofoam is recyclable but most recycling bins, unfortunately, don't accept them. Some of the ones that are recyclable (but weren't labelled as such) were not put under the recyclable category because, like styrofoam, are unable to be into most recycling bins, but I will consider inserting a caveat in.

This is really fun! I definitely like the concept of having to reset the chain, but it's certainly a challenge trying to find the right gap in the attacks to do it. The sounds were really fitting (arcade pew) and everything seemed to work as it should. Good job!

PaperCookies responds:

Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked it all (and the pew!) :)

Functional, mostly. All the commands respond as you said they would. Targets fall briefly when hit, but only if you were aiming at it when you held the trigger down. If you want to spray n pray, no targets respond. If you press and hold the trigger on sniper, the muzzle flash remains onscreen for as long as you hold the left mouse button.

Sound would be nice, but I'm assuming that was left out considering where it is in the dev phase. Keep at it, looks like a great start!

SharpShooter2468 responds:

i am new at action script , so it might take me a while to get this done

Fun game! It's interesting to have the angle of the bugs fighting back. The only negative point I feel I can bring up is the lack of audio. Also congrats on what is probably a record for "longest time spent Under Judgement" ;)

AcidMinds responds:

Thanks for playing Peregrinus! I`m sorry about the sound bug, I belelieve it is related to the some browser`s java permission or update. See if there are some java update to be done or any pop-ups to allow on the browser. If it doesn`t work, please contact me and I`ll try to fix the problem. I really intent you to have a good time playing this game.

There isn't much to this, but all the controls function as intended so it gets a bare pass. The battery life is long enough to have no concerns with lasting the night, and it's good programming to have it as it's own resource stat. Staring at the same green wall and two door frames for 3 minutes got bland quickly, maybe try something decorating the wall. As a way to distract the user from focusing, maybe have little effects or something pop up now and then to draw the eye away from the threat area.

Sound wise, the creaky door got monotonous and didn't quite have the ominous feel it should. Maybe a variety of sounds: squeaking floorboard, door, ghostly wind.

You have all the functional basics here, next thing is to take it a step further to really involve the user.

DaRealFM2 responds:

Thank you for your recommendations! I'm inspired by theMeatly (not story wise) to update every previous chapter with every new chapter release. I'll alert you of when Chapter 2 is under construction.

Great game! I like the dialogue options, the music suits nicely, and the animation style is classic. I haven't check out the other games in the series yet, but I feel compelled to now.

Muja responds:

Thank you a lot, I'm really glad you liked it this much!
If you want to check the other games in the correct order, follow this:

1. Zombie Society - Dead Detective
2. ZS Dead Detective - Walls can bleed
3. ZS Dead Detective vs Nine Deaths Cat
4. ZS Dead Detective - Brain Drain
5. ZS Dead Detective - A cat's chance in hell
6. ZS Dead Detective - A curse in disguise

Thanks again!

A friend sent me this since it's that time of year. Despite how short the game is, I find it great. I like the simple animation style. The Soviet anthem is oddly fitting and a good reference to the perp's note after the real life incident.

Falcon responds:

Thanks!

I want buns of steel but also buns of cinnamon.
